Wear loose fitting clothing during the development period. Preferably no bra as well. (2 - 6 hours)
Avoid activities that encourage you to sweat.
Do not come in contact with any liquid during the development period.
Wait the proper amount of time before showering, depending on the solution chosen.
Moisturize your skin every day and avoid exfoliation while the tan lasts.
Do not apply cream, makeup or deodorant before your first shower (2 - 6 hours)
